Cremation Services
Direct Cremation: $645
Price includes basic services of funeral director and staff, removal from place of death within a 25-mile radius of Oklahoma City, environmentally controlled storage of the remains while important decisions are made and paperwork is processed, cremation, processing, and a temporary container, filing the Death Certificate, assistance with veterans and insurance claims.
Plus Medical Examiner’s Permit Fee of $150 (State of Oklahoma Charge)
Plus Certified Death Certificates of $15 (State of Oklahoma charge. This per copy charge is from the State Health Department Office of Vital Statistics.)

This package requires participation in an Anatomical Donation Program. Acceptance in the program requires a brief/social history.

Includes services of Funeral Director and Staff, embalming, bathing, dressing, cosmetics, casketing in our deluxe oak rental casket, and up to 4 hours of viewing and visitation time in our Stateroom, memorial guest book and folders package, and placing obituary on our web site with online guestbook service.

Includes total care and preparation of the remains: services of Funeral Director and Staff, embalming, bathing, dressing, cosmetics, casketing in our deluxe oak rental casket, and a full day of viewing in our Stateroom, a Memorial Service in our chapel or your local church, memorial guest book and folders package, and placing obituary on our web site with online guestbook service.

Includes total care and preparation of the remains: services of Funeral Director and Staff, embalming, dressing, cosmetics, casketing in our deluxe oak rental casket, with a full day in our Stateroom for viewing and visitation. This package also includes a Memorial Service in our Chapel or your local church, deluxe memorial guest book, memorial folders with photo, an Urn for the cremains (Maus Earth (30-A-710L) Maus Granite (30-A-711L), our Life Memorial Tribute in Pictures presentation with CD, and placing obituary on our web site with online guestbook service. Other Viewing Options Before Cremation

Cremation Urns
We Offer A Wide Selection – Prices Range from $45 to $3,500. Keepsake Jewelry & Miniature Urns also available.
Deluxe Oak Rental Casket: $795
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
Mailing Cremains: $105
Special handling and packaging, shipped Registered Priority Mail with Return Receipt.
Basic Transportation of Remains: $2.15 per loaded mile
