The goods and services that follow are among many we can provide to our customers. You may chose only the items you desire. However any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services that you selected.

Itemization of Charges
Basic Service of the Funeral Director and Staff: $795
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burial, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a viewing in the state room or a traditional funeral service.

Includes basic services of funeral director and staff, removal from place of death, environmentally controlled storage of the remains, and transportation of the deceased to the cemetery. All transportation limited to a 25 mile radius of Oklahoma City or extra mileage fees apply. This price does not include: embalming or other preparation of the body, church or chapel service, visitation, graveside services, cemetery charges, outer container, or casket.
Forwarding Remains To An Out-of-State Funeral Home:
Includes basic services of funeral director and staff, removal from place of death within a 25 mile radius of Oklahoma City, embalming, shipping container, and transportation of the deceased to the local airport. This price does not include: Visitation, Funeral Services, Casket, Airfare, or state Transport Permit fee. |

Includes basic service of funeral director and staff, transportation of the deceased from the local airport to the funeral home, and transportation of the deceased to a cemetery within a 25 mile radius of Oklahoma City.
