Andrea Lynne Russell

Andrea L. Russell, age 74, of Midwest City, Oklahoma passed away at her home, with her loving husband by her side.

Andrea was the third of five children, born on April 14, 1951, in Oklahoma City, OK to Orville and Vernola Parton (Akoneto). She graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1970. In 1975, she met the love of her life, Louis, while working at Bunte Candy Factory in Oklahoma City. They married on September 3, 1977. Together for 48 years, they raised a family and eventually she retired from Century Martial Arts Supply. After retiring, Ann devoted her time to what she loved most- her family and friends. She was happiest hosting holiday dinners and birthday celebrations, making sure everyone felt welcome and included.

Ann is survived by her husband, Louis; daughters, Sabrina (Billy), Sartoris, Shaujuan, Pamela, and Shamika; son, Louis; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; brother, James; her best friend of 58 years, Sandra.

She was preceded in death by her father, Orville Parton; mother, Vernola Parton (Akoneto); sisters, Ellen Weeks and Denise Foster; and brother, Orville Parton.
