Brett Garlon Milgrim

Brett Garlon Milgrim, age 49, passed away unexpectedly, on October 29, 2023, at his home in Piedmont, Oklahoma. Brett was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on November 1, 1973. He was the youngest of seven kids born to Buddie Garlon and Jill Honey (Fry) Milgrim. 

Brett was a 1991 graduate of Western Heights High School in Oklahoma City.

Brett married the love of his life and his very best friend, Kristen Michelle Burditt on October 12, 2013.  

Brett was an accomplished electrician and with his wife, owned and operated KBM Electric. In fact, Brett and his oldest son installed the electric in a lot of the new homes built in the Yukon and Mustang communities over the last several years. Brett enjoyed hunting and was quite the marksman. He also loved a good game of poker and playing Mario video games with his sons. Brett’s biggest joy came from spending time with Kristen and their boys Tanner, Logan and Flint. He loved grilling meats for the family, having movie nights, attending the boy’s extra curricular activities and just being together.

Brett was preceded in death by his father Buddie Milgrim, sister Sharla Buchanan and nephews Zach Arismendez and Fletcher Burns.

Brett is survived by his wife Kristen Milgrim, sons Tanner Ashton Milgrim (Quinn), Logan Riley Milgrim, and Flint Reese Milgrim. His mother Jill Milgrim, brother Craig Milgrim, sisters Paula Young (Michael), Kim Silkwood, Dawn Arismendez (Mike) and Denise Burns (Craig). Brother-In-Law Coy Buchanan, 11 nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
