Charles was born January 20, 1959 in Orville, California to Charles Clay and Ruby Ellen (Davis) Hale.
Funeral services for Charles will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 1:00 PM at OK Cremation & Funeral Home Chapel, 2415 N. Walnut Ave in Oklahoma City.
Burial will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City.
