Charles "Charlie" Richard Wertz passed away November 8, 2016 in Del City, Oklahoma at the age of 30. He was born July 11, 1986 in Merced, California to Richard Paul Wertz and Robin Annette ( Carver).
A visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016 from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM at OK Cremation and Funeral Home in Oklahoma City.
