Charlsey Pauline (Hanna) Sutton

Charlsey P. Sutton, aged 92, went to be with the Lord on Sept. 6, 2022.

She was born Jan. 20, 1930 to parents F.E. Hanna and Faye Morrow Hanna in Konawa, Ok. She attended school at Vamoosa, Ok. Charlsey married Walter Sutton on April 30, 1948 in Konawa, Ok. and they would spend 71 years together until his death in 2019.

Charlsey loved working and meeting people. She was a waitress, the manager at the Seminole Salvation Army store, and a people greeter at Walmart in Seminole during her working career.

She was dedicated to her family and loved family gatherings, attending church and just visiting with people in general.

She is survived by her daughter Sharon Perry, her son Jerry Sutton and wife Freida, grandchildren Bryan Perry, Todd Perry, Jared Sutton and Heather Presley, 10 great-grandchildren , a sister Delores Sanders and many beloved extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband Walter, one brother F.J. Hanna and two sisters, Betty Evans and Geneva Leonard.
