Douglas Alan DuFur

Doug Alan DuFur, 67, peacefully passed away on December 1^st, 2023, surrounded by family and friends.

Born in Chickasha, Oklahoma in 1956, he was the son of Charles “Blacky” DuFur and Katherine Zona (Frizell) DuFur. Doug spent many years as a ranch hand and found joy and pride in training numerous service dogs. He thought the world of his three precious dogs, Blackwolf, Graywolf and Babywolf. He enjoyed the time spent with his brother, Lindy DuFur, and enjoyed the companionship of many close friends.

Doug is survived by daughter Jimi Wise of Chickasha, Oklahoma, one grandson of Chickasha, Oklahoma, and brother Charles Lindy DuFur of Chickasha, Oklahoma.

A celebration of life Service will be held on Friday, December 8^th, 2023. At 11:00 am, at the Full Gospel Church in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Services will be provided by Pastor, Sister Alice Wendling, and lunch will be provided following the services.
