Douglas “Shorty” Hurd III passed away Monday, July 10, 2017 at his residence in Midwest City at the age of 61.
He was born July 11, 1955 in Yuma, Arizona to Douglas Hurd, Jr. and Wanda (Gilbert) Hurd.
Shorty worked as a drywall plaster. He enjoyed working on trucks.
Shorty is survived by two sisters, Becky Hurd and Roberta Hurd; nephews and nieces, Jacob Keel, Tom Keel, Tommy Singalinga, Chrissy Swart, Miley Hurd and Gabby Barnhill.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
