Gary Kim Jones

Gary Kim Jones, age 69, passed away on February 6, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on August 10, 1956, in Hawthorne, California.

Gary graduated from Lindsay High School in 1974 and went on to build a remarkable career with SemaSys, Inc., where he worked for 49 years. His dedication, loyalty, and genuine love for his work were evident to everyone who knew him. Gary took great pride in what he did and in the relationships, he built along the way.

Outside of work, Gary found joy in life’s simple and meaningful pleasures. He loved traveling to historic sites, spending peaceful days fishing, and tending to his garden. A devoted sports fan, he especially enjoyed cheering on OU sports and watching Thunder basketball, passions that brought him both excitement and comfort.

Gary will be remembered for his steady presence, strong work ethic, and quiet appreciation for the world around him. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his brother Keith Jones and wife Barbie, brother Jeff Mallory, sister Michelle Hillin and husband Johnie, niece Meagan and husband Joe Azizian, nephew Johnie Hillin II, great-nieces Emily & Sawyer Azizian, and great-nephew Fynn Azizian.
