Gene Stanley Kraham entered this life on January 15, 1953 and entered the gates of Heaven on July 26, 2017 surrounded by his loving family and friends including his beloved cat, Winghy. Gene was born in Brooklyn, New York to Martin and Deborah Kraham. He graduated from University of California Santa Cruz and shortly after joined the US Navy where he met his wife of 41 years, Kathleen. To this union, five sons were born. Upon receiving his honorable discharge from the Navy, Gene completed his degree as a Physician’s Assistant from Wichita State University. He eventually established his medical career in Oklahoma. Gene was known to many as a staunch businessman, but to many more he was known for his generosity and his big heart. Gene had many hobbies including fishing, collecting radios and flashlights and taking wild convertible rides with Teri. Gene finally realized all his possessions were temporary on earth and embraced his Lord and Savior and now is at peace with the richness of Heaven.
Gene is survived by his wife Kathleen; sons, Martin and wife Erin, Paul and wife Nikki, Joseph and wife Christy, James and wife Kristin and Daniel and wife Ashely; brother, David and wife Sandee; ten grandchildren who filled his home with laughter as well as numerous friends.
A heartfelt thank you to Teri as his friend and caregiver.
