Isaiah Michael Cooksey-Sholer

Isaiah, beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, partner, and friend, took his departure from our world on October 15, 2025.

Born on January 25, 2002, Isaiah brought light and laughter to all who knew him. He was a graduate of Mustang High School, Class of 2020 and furthered his education at Job Corps in Guthrie, OK, where he acquired knowledge for both plumbing and electrical trades.

Isaiah leaves behind a large loving family with a profound sense of longing who will mourn him greatly. He is survived by his mother Lori Sholer, his sister Sierra (Brandon) Cooksey Sholer, brothers Blaize Sholer & Jordan Cooksey, uncle Jeff Sholer, aunt Traci Sholer, cousins Breighlee "Lily" Sholer, Kastyn Sholer, and Kaedn Sholer who were raised alongside him. He is also survived by his girlfriend Sierra Lopez and her daughter Janae "Nae Nae", whom he adored. Plus many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and a huge host of friends.

Isaiah was preceded in death by his birth mother Mischa Cooksey Claunch, his brother Joshua Goulsby, and grandparents Bruce & Linda Sholer.
