James Christopher Hall was born in Plano, Texas on December 31, 1975, bright eyed and ready for life. His death on February 4, 2018, has left us bereft. James was wicked smart and earned a degree in Physics from the University of Texas. He participated in two international collaborative physics experiments as an undergrad and graduate student, including the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory Collaboration. He was a laboratory supervisor in Physics and Engineering. His time in Austin was some of his fondest years.
In Oklahoma, James worked as a Landman, taught mathematics, and was an Analytical Environmental Scientist. Most recently, James was a Developer for ElmTree Systems.
James was an avid New York Mets and Texas Longhorns fan. He was a funny, charismatic character. He was proud of his Irish heritage, fond of the drink, and Catholic around the edges.
He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Lee Hall. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; his mother Marsha Conboy; his sister Jennifer Hall (Cyndi); his brother, Jeff Hall (Khury); his sister Jill Mallory, and his sister Joy Hall; and many nieces and nephews. He had many beloved friends who became family. James will be missed.
