Jeffery "Jeff" Brian Winters was born April 6, 1968 in Fort Dix, New Jersey to John William Winters and Sandra L. (Blowers) Winters.
He passed away August 11, 2023 at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City at the age of 55.
Jeff is survived by his two sons, Jarod and Taylor Winters, brothers Tom and David Winters, sister Karen Atherton, mother Sandy Winters, along with nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father John Winters.
Private Family Only Service will be held on August 19, 2023.
