Jocelyn Wesley Stroud

Jocelyn Wesley Stroud was the happiest baby. Born in Shawnee on April 1st, 2020, she was 9 months and 4 days old when we lost her. She passed away in her sleep on the morning of January 5th, 2021. She is survived by her big sisters, Lydia and Brynley Stroud, her parents, Wesley and Shelby Stroud, and a huge, wonderful family that loved her very much.

She was a precious, Daughter, Baby Sister, Granddaughter, Great Granddaughter, Cousin, Niece, Great Niece, and Ray of Sunshine to everyone she met.

She will be deeply missed.
