Joyce Ann (Thompson) Trumbo

Joyce Ann (Thompson) Trumbo of Blanchard, OK, passed into Heaven on March 16, 2018. Joyce was born to Ruth and Richard Thompson on April 25, 1941, in Excelsior, MN. Joyce was a homemaker and active member of McFarlin Methodist Church in Norman, OK.  In her spare time, she loved watching birds in her yard, gardening, and recording her life and family in photos.  Joyce was preceded in death by her precious daughter, Kellie Jean Cooper, her parents and grandparents.  What a joyous reunion that must've been!  Joyce is survived by the love of her life, "her angel" and husband Larry Trumbo, and two daughters, Kimberly Veenker of Oklahoma City, and Kristin Kaul of Tulsa, four stepsons she loved as her own, 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.  She is also survived by her sisters, Becky and Barbara, brothers Lyle, Rick, and Lee, and their families.  Memorial services will be held on Friday, Apr. 20 at 2:30 PM at McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church in Norman.
