Juanita "Penny" Rae (Pennington) Kelly

Juanita “Penny” Kelly passed away July 20, 2015 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She was born August 5, 1924 to John Allen and Virginia Pennington in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from high school in Mangum, Oklahoma.
Penny was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. J.A. and Virginia Pennington, her little sister Beverly Price of Arlington, Texas. She is survived by her loving sister Norma Paschal and husband Bob of Georgetown, Texas; sons Harold Kelly and wife Betsy of Edmond, Charles Kelly and wife Brenda of Agra, and David Kelly of Edmond, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Penny worked at Deaconess Hospital for 28 years as a Unit Secretary on the maternity floor. She lived at the Wellington Retirement Home before moving to the Golden Age Nursing Home in Guthrie, OK.
A memorial service will be held July 28, 2015 at 2:00pm in the chapel at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City, OK. The family would like to thank the caregivers/staff at Golden Age and Companion Hospice, Guthrie, OK, for the excellent care and dedication towards Penny’s last 2 years of her life.
Arrangements are under the direction of OK Cremation and Funeral Home, Oklahoma City.
