Merle Ray Madewell

Merle Ray Madewell an Oklahoma City resident passed away Monday, February 18, 2019 at Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City, OK., at the age of 55. He was born January 17, 1964 to Leon James Madewell and Priscilla Jayce (Wray) in Witchita, Kansas. He was a residential painter for many years. Merle was a LSU fan and loved Louisana, with all it's fishing, alligators and outdoor life.

"Swamp People" was one of his favorite shows and actually knew a lot of the cast personally. He was known for his outgoing personality and kindness, especially with the workers at Walmart who all knew him by name.
