Milton Ray Johnson, aka Uncle Milt, was born to the union of Matthew B. “Buster” Johnson and Pearlee Elizabeth (Neal) Johnson on September 6th, 1958, in Watonga, Oklahoma. He grew up and attended school there in Blaine County.

Milton loved to run track, fish, blue was his favorite color and to ride his motorcycle or bike. He enjoyed family gatherings, watching old western movies and practicing karate while handling a pair of nunchakus, he was a very talented man. He could fix and repair anything. At the age of 19, in order to find a better opportunity for work, he moved to Oklahoma City with his sister, Pearlie Mae and three nieces. He managed to find work with the State school as a custodian and groundskeeper. Uncle Milt was never able to have kids of his own, so he put all of that love and time he had into supporting his nieces. He was the youngest sibling out of six kids.

He is preceded in passing by his parents, sister Addie, and his brothers Lewis, Spurjeon, and Matthew Jr. On October 4th, 2025 he departed this life leaving to mourn his sister Pearlie Mae Trotter of Oklahoma City, whom he shared a home with for the last 48 years, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and the children he never had Alisia Frost and family, Tracy Hadnot Washington and family, Bridget (Edward) Winn all of Oklahoma City, Leala Joe Tibet Darwood of South Dakota and Colorado, Crystal and Diana Comon of Las Vegas, Curt and Jayant Thompson of Kansas.

When we say that are Uncle/Father was a blessing an Angel he touched a lot of lives in so many ways, he was sent to us from the Heavens. He was that Angel he left an ever-lasting legacy for the old to the young and never will be forgotten by friends and family.
