Myrtle Alice (Brown) Peek

Born July 24th, 1954, in El Reno, Oklahoma. Went home to be with God on Feb. 5th, 2023, in Oklahoma City. She was 68 years old.

Accomplishments in life include being the state of Oklahoma's 1st female paramedic, she was an R.N. When her children were in school, she was a PTA Leader. She was also Joy Store Coordinator and volunteer of the community for over 30 years. Last volunteer work was Food bank coordinator at her local church, Straight Street Ministries.

Myrtle enjoyed doing many things in life. She loved to dance, listen to music, doing crafts, coloring, reading, taking road trips, and helping the community. Myrtle was like a mother and friend to most everyone she came across in life.

She was preceded in death by her husband Billy R. Peek, brother Jerry W. Brown, Father Hugh I. Brown 3rd. and Mother Christine F. Brown.

She was survived by her daughter Lillian Christine Peek, son Robert I. Peek, daughter-inlaw Brandy Peek, and granddaughters Alyssa N. Peek & Kayla D. Peek.
