Rebecca Angelnetta Wright

October 2, 1976 — April 15, 2024

Oklahoma City

Rebecca “Becky” Angelnetta Wright was born October 2, 1976, in Oklahoma City to Mrs. Mary Wright. She started her journey young at Wildwood Christian Church. Becky grew up in Broadway Park and graduated from John Marshall High in 1994, home of the Bears. In 2005, the love of her life was born her one and only Sonshine Izaya Wright. Becky also lived back and forth from Oklahoma City to North Houston, where she graduated from Remington College. Becky was a firm believer that family is who you make it. By Becky, being the only child she met her first sister, Aikia Andrews, in the 80's. Mrs. Wright was a teacher at Southeast High School who was her fathers Bryant Andrews's teacher. They grew up having sleepovers as well as getting their hair done alike. Becky's second sister, Paulette Gregg, met her in Broadway Park and also went to different schools together. They did everything together people called them 'Night and Day'. Becky soon met her brothers L. Earl Jackson and Travis Wilson in that very same neighborhood #Northside Love. Becky loved hanging out, playing bingo, and riding around with her son, beating her music really loud.

Becky was called home peacefully to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 15, 2024, at 1:49 am with both sisters by her side.

Becky is preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Mary L Wright-Parker, and Mrs. Annie. L Ford Herring, her grandmother of Mississippi.

Becky leaves to cherish her one and only Sonshine Izaya Wright of Oklahoma City, and two sisters Aikia Andrews and Paulette Gregg of Oklahoma City. Two brothers Earl Jackson and Travis (Yoshiva)Wilson and her favorite cousin Ms Alesha Morgan-Doyle of Mississippi. Becky met her long-time friend/sister, White Tonya Nelson at the "playground" where they became fast friends for over Twenty years. Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many other friends.
