Richard Allen Foster

Richard (Rick) Allen Foster was an amazing man with a heart of gold, On Monday September 18, 2017 Rick passed away. Rick was born October 5, 1966 in Lubbock, Texas he was 50 years old when he died, he lost his wife on September 7, 2016 who he absolutely loved with all of his heart, they were married for 28 years. Rick loved his family more than anything in this world.
Rick left behind three daughters who absolutely loved, respected and looked up to him their entire life’s. As well as 11 Grandchildren whom he loved so much. ShirleyAnn & Justin Brown and their three children Logan, Julia, Jaxon reside in Woodward, Ok. Amanda and Charles Simson and their six children Bailey, Ashlyn, Jayson, Colman, Abri, Katilynn reside in Blanchard, OK. LaRen Foster and her two children Savannah, Braylon reside in Shawnee, OK.
Rick joined the Air Force in 1984 where he worked as an aircraft mechanic. Rick worked for some time for ACCO feeds, after which he chose to pursue a different career path. He went to a trade school in order to become an HVAC Journeyman. After completing school, he worked for a couple of different companies as an HVAC Journeyman. After working at some HVAC companies, he found a place where he loved working at Commercial Services. Rick made a lot of friends with his glowing personality. He always wanted nothing more in life than to see his friends and family happy. Rick always said “Money doesn’t make happiness, so don’t waste your time on worrying about it and live your life to the fullest.” Rick was truly a genuine, nice, friendly, and caring person. To his daughters he was more than just a father, he was their best friend. He loved his OU BOOMER SOONERS! He loved to fish and go to the lake to just relax. Most of all he loved spending time with his friends and loved ones. Rick will be truly missed by all of us. Today we lay our father, our friend, and our hero to rest in order to be able to rejoin his beloved wife, and her companion Nanners, his father, and Rick’s companion Sambo Six Toe Foster (Sammie).
