Robert Ray Amey

Robert Ray Amey, age 71 Of Oklahoma, City, Oklahoma passed on to his Heavenly Home, February 7, 2023, after a lengthy illness, being cared for, and comforted, through his illness, by his little sister, Bernice Gilmore.

Robert Ray Amey was born to Leroy and Lucile Amey June 23, 1951, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Ray grew up and received his education in Shawnee. Ray was a hard worker, he learned numerous trades in life. He was a loving son, brother, father, cousin, and friend to many. He will be greatly missed. Ray was preceded in death by his parents and his last wife Sue Amey.

Ray is survived by his sister's Greta (Clarence) McKinley, Anice Young, Bernice Gilmore, Charlene (Henry) Starnes, Rita (John) Yargee. Rhondia (Earl) Stripling. By his brother's David Washington, and Dennis Gaines Jr. His children first born Michael, Daughter's Shannon, and Candice, youngest son Evan. And all of his beautiful grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, and a host of relatives, and friends.

He will be truly Loved and Missed.
