Robert Lloyd Yoder
April 6, 1949 — March 20, 2015
Robert Lloyd Yoder was born Apr 6, 1949 in Shawnee, Oklahoma and departed this life Friday, Mar 20, 2015, at his home in Bethel Acres at the age of 65. Robert went to be with his Lord and reunited with his family and friends that have went before him. Robert graduated Shawnee High School in 1967. He owned and operated Robert Yoder Plumbing, Heating and Air for over 40 years. Robert enjoyed his family, friends, his pet deer and his dog. Robert loved hunting, fishing, boating, and riding his four wheeler. He was loved by all who knew him and will be missed very much.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. He is survives by his wife of 20 years, Clara Yoder; step daughter Amber Teague and husband Jason of Seminole; son Robert Chance Yoder and wife Tori of Shawnee; Sister in-law Donita McGuire Coleman and husband of Corpus Christy, Texas; Brother in-law James and Kathy Roberts of Shawnee; Several grand children, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 28th, at the Cross Connection Church of God, 11th & Pesotum, Shawnee, OK with Chaplain Mike McCauley officiating.
