Rodney Lee Hicks

Rodney, 53, was born in Oklahoma City, OK to Cheryl Reynolds.

Rodney worked for Jimmy’s Egg at various locations for the past 15 years, as well as an additional 17 years at Cattlemen’s Steakhouse along with several other restaurants and places of business along the way. He was an avid sports fan, dedicating hours of his time supporting the Oklahoma City Thunder, Green Bay Packers and all corners of the University of Oklahoma athletics program (especially OU football). He was a hard worker and lived to serve others, making an endless amount of contacts with customers he had throughout the years. He loved cooking and was one of his greatest joys, so much so that he graduated from Platt College in 2016 with a degree in Culinary Arts.

Rodney is survived by oldest, Trevin Hicks; son, Keetin Hicks; daughter-in-law, Madison Mashore; granddaughter, Bhodie Hicks; daughter, Skylar Hicks; youngest son, Stetson Hicks; siblings, Michael Hale & Michelle Martinez; and many nieces & nephews.

He was loved by all family, friends, and beloved pet, Southpaw.

He was preceded by his mother, Cheryl Reynolds.
