Steven Alvarado

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Steven Alvarado, age 31, who left this world on March 31, 2026, in Oklahoma City. Born on May 8, 1994, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Steven was raised by his devoted mother, Ana Alvarado, alongside his beloved siblings. From an early age, he exhibited a kindness that touched everyone he met, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a warm smile, even in the face of his own struggles.

Steven's spirit was a beacon of light for many. He had an extraordinary ability to uplift those around him, effortlessly bringing joy and laughter to even the darkest moments. His greatest treasure, however, was his family. He cherished the time spent with his three beautiful children, Luna, Junio, and Genesis, who were the center of his world. Steven's love for his family extended to his siblings—Delia, Iram, Crystal, and Valerie—who shared countless memories and adventures that will forever be etched in their hearts.

He is preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Armando and Delia, who he often spoke of with fondness and respect. Their love and guidance shaped him into the compassionate person he became.

Steven's legacy of kindness, love, and resilience will continue to inspire all who knew him. He leaves behind not just a family, but a community that will miss his laughter and warmth profoundly.

A viewing in honor of Steven will be held on Monday, April 6, 2026, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Chickasha, Oklahoma at 2:00 PM, followed by a Mass service at 5 PM. We invite all who knew and loved him to join us in celebrating his life and the indelible mark he left on our hearts.
