Timothy Martin Provost

Timothy Martin Provost, age 41, passed away July 6, 2026 at his home in Harrah, Oklahoma.

Tim was born June 28, 1985 in Norman, Oklahoma to Craig Provost and Shelly (Plumley) Hickok. He dedicated his life to helping others. Tim worked in warehouses, roofing and construction. He started working as a teenager with his father Craig all over Oklahoma. He loved working with his hands and was always moving.

Tim graduated from Lexington High School in 2004. He was active in Cross Country, Track, Wrestling and the Gifted & Talented and Academic Teams.

Tim found joy in helping people with anything-they only had to ask and he would be there. He loved being with his family and friends. Tim never knew a stranger. His big heart always led him to help people whether it was a hammer, saw, an ear to listen or just a hug.

Surviving Tim are his mother and second-dad, Shelly Hickok and Danny of Noble, OK; his father, Craig Provost and girlfriend Brenda of Burlingame, KS; many siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jerry Plumley, Wanda Burleson, Faye Provost and Yvonne Hickok and a cousin, Kory Jones.

Tim will be remembered for his BIG HEART! He was always ready with a story, a smile, a hug and especially a laugh. His legacy lives on through everyone who knew him.
