Troy Van Zumbro

Troy Zumbro, 84, of OKC passed away peacefully on Jan.13th, 2016.  Troy enjoyed spending time and making memories with his wife and family, “piddlin” in his garage, cooking, fattening up his pets by feeding them human food, giving everyone a hard time by “picking” on them, working on mechanical stuff and visiting with neighbors.  Troy always had a story to tell, and there wasn’t a thing he didn’t know or have an opinion about.   Over the course of his life he did many things such as farm, race boats, mechanic work, make neon signs, paint, build and work on anything, and  did we mention-he always had a story to tell J?  Troy married the love of his life, Pat, and together they shared 65 years of marriage. Troy leaves behind his wife, Pat; son, Alan; daughter-in-law, Ramona; grandkids, Corey & wife Danna; Angie & husband David; Michele & husband Tony; Sarah & husband Jose; great grandkids, Dalton, Davin, Ashley & fiancé Cody; Tyler, Presley, Kayliana, Alia, Alora, Mia, JoJo, Jess & wife Carlina; great-great granddaughter, Madi; Indigo-his dog. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lorena and Harry; aunt, Pearl; and his son, Vernon.
