William Charles Boyle (aka Bill, Wild Bill, Pops, Papa), born on August 16, 1942, in Bend Oregon passed away peacefully at the age of 84 in his home while surrounded by family on August 25, 2026. He finally made it home to his wife Donna whom he missed very much. He was drafted into the Army and served in Korea and had many stories to share. He retired as a diesel mechanic from the Western Company of North America.
His sense of humor and fun personality was unmatched, he kept a smile on everyone’s face, and kept everyone entertained that walked through the door as he would belt out “Who let the dogs out” and have everyone chime in to bark along with him. He was a clean freak, and you did not dare leave a dirty dish in the sink. He enjoyed working outdoors and riding his 4-wheeler. His favorite shows included Three Stooges and Beavis & Butthead.
Bill was proceeded in death by his wife Donna R Boyle, his parents Jessalee Barnes, Charles Boyle and stepfather Dave Malsbury, brothers Richard Boyle, David Malsbury, Dennis Malsbury and sister Judy Phillips.
Together Bill and Donna raised three daughters, Lisa James and Husband Matt, Lori Akers and Husband Chad, Melissa Boyle and Husband Curtis Hill Jr.
Bill was a proud Papa to seven grandchildren, Kimberly and Nick Grout, Kayla and Josh Farmer, Katie and Anthony Starkey, Ashtyn and Brett Banta, Tanner, Trevor and Leyton. He was also blessed with fourteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces. He loved making memories and hanging with all his grandkids.
In our hearts you will always stay, loved and remembered every day.
