Wilma "Diane" (Holt) Owens

Wilma “Diane” Owens, El Reno resident, died Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Select Specialty Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 66.
Diane was born April 27, 1950 in El Reno, Oklahoma to Poppy and Ida (Gordon) Holt. She was raised in Monterey Park, California. Diane earned an Associate Degree in Social Science from Fresno State University in Fresno, CA and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
Diane worked as a librarian at Ahwahnee Middle School in Fresno for many years. She loved anything by Elvis, dogs, especially Chihuahuas, riding horses in California, going places and especially loved traveling all along the coast.
Diane married Jack Owens on September 17, 1975 in Enid, Oklahoma and he survives her of the home.
She is also survived by one daughter, Angel Myers and husband Wendell of El Reno; son, Stephen McCracken and wife Orthella of El Reno; one brother, Eddie Ray Williams and wife Faye of Geary, OK; grandchildren, Tyler, Paige, Sutton, Madison, Jadyn, Gunner and Michael; great-grandchildren, Lilly, Draven, Vincent and Sophie; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Willis, Carl Willard, Hoppy and Jimmy and two sisters, Norma and Maybelle.
