Alexander Christopher Bruce

Alexander Christopher Bruce, passed unexpectedly on Friday, October 30, 2020 at the young age of 44 after a valiant battle with multiple, complex health issues. He is survived by his Mother Kathy Conn, Dad Raymond Conn, sister Kimberli Gray, two younger brothers, Bobby and Brandon Conn, ex-wife Katie Angela Clark, and his trusty Beagle, Mable Mae. He was preceded in death by Katie's and his daughter, Kaitlin. Alex loved his work, his Harley, muscle cars, beef jerky, whiskey, history, all kinds of music, quality over quantity, God, Guns, the Flag, veterans, first responders, and most of all, his family. He proudly served in the US Navy and was wounded aboard the USS Ogden when struck in Yemen during Operation Iraq Freedom. Alex strongly believed in sacrificing whatever necessary to keep families safe and the free world free. This value was at the core of our beloved brother, son, friend, neighbor, protector, and hero.

A small, family-only gathering will be held on Saturday, November 14th at 10:00 AM CST. There will be a live-stream of the service for those who wish to attend virtually. A link to the live-stream will be sent in the coming days via email and social media posts.
