Daniel "Dan" Troy Stillwell

Daniel “Dan” Troy Stillwell, lifelong resident of Jones, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Integris Health Edmond at the age of 43.

Dan was born December 7, 1977 in Edmond, Oklahoma to Timothy Joe and Shirley Marie (Stevens) Stillwell. He graduated from Jones High School in 1996. Dan was also a graduate of The Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston, Texas. Prior to that, he was an Investigator for the Office of Chief Medical Examiner for several years. In addition, he worked at LifeShare of Oklahoma for a period. In 2011, he started Alpha & Omega Mortuary Service in Oklahoma City. Dan was a hard and dedicated worker building his business from the ground up. He also was a devoted farmer, along with brother Tommy and his parents Tim and Shirley, they farmed their land in Jones for many years. Dan was a member of the Jones School Alumni and served on the Jones School Board of Education.

Survivors include his son, Justin Stillwell of Jones; parents, Tim and Shirley Stillwell of Jones; brother and sister-in-law, Tommy and Kendra Stillwell of Jones; nieces, Kadence, Halle and Taylin; uncle, Russell Stevens and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City. A viewing will take place prior to the service at 1:00 PM up until service time.
