December 21, 1960 — November 15, 2019

Deborah Lynn Smith, “Debbie” was called to be with the Lord on November 15, 2019. Debbie was born December 21, 1960 to Clyde & Sonja Smith in Yuba City, CA. She graduated from Yukon High School. She was a Past Mother Advisor for the International Order of Rainbow for Girls, and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star. Debbie was employed with Edmond Public Schools Transportation Department for almost 11 years.  She was a school bus driver, loved as well as treated all the kiddos as if they were her own. Another passion of Debbie’s was her yard and her flowers. She would get so excited about spring and watching all the flowers blooming, her garden was always beautiful just like her. Debbie was such a fun loving and vibrant woman who loved to wear tie-dye, purple and hot pink colors. She loved listening to music, especially with her grandchildren, and attending concerts with family and friends.

Debbie is survived by her parents, Sonja Jakl, and Clyde & Darlene Smith. Four children: Jeromey Clay James and wife Julie James, Stephanie Lynn James, Marcela Lynn Williams, and Ernie Gomez.
