Dorinda Jean (Whitlock) Cullum

Dorinda Jean Whitlock Cullum left on her journey to heaven
Sunday evening, July 3rd at the age of 49 years. She was
born on Valentine Day, February 14, 1967 to Robert and
Delsie Whitlock. She attended school in Bethel Acres, Oklahoma
and was married to her partner in life, David Cullum, on
July 9, 1983. To this union was born two children,
Christa Nicole, and Bobby Wayne.
She was employed several years at American National Bank
(later Arvest), seventeen years at Oklahoma Baptist University,
and presently employed at Pottawatomie County Health Department.
She was preceded to heaven by her grandparents, Lige and Grace
Ray and Frank and Lena Whitlock.
She is survived by her husband David, her daughter Christa Cullum and
her boyfriend, Heath Tinnin. Christa's children Logan, Bryson, and Madilynn.
Her son Bobby Cullum and his children, Hunter and Chloe. Also
grieving for her are her parents, Bill and Delsie King and
Robert Whitlock. Two sisters, which where her best friends,
Barbara Barnes and husband Ronnie; Robbie Whitlock and husband
Todd. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends
will miss her and her easy going, loving ways.
As she wished to be cremated, there will be no funeral or services.
A Celebration of Her Life will be on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Bethel Acres Assembly, 18509 Bethel Road.
In lieu of flowers, and to help David defray the terrible
cost of her untimely death, checks or M.O. can be made to David Cullum or
Delsie King and mailed to 33508 Waco Road Shawnee, Oklahoma 74801.
Arrangements are under the direction of OK Cremation and Funeral Home, Oklahoma City.
