James Roma Penney III passed away Wednesday, December 01, 2021 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City at the age of 64. Services will be held at Gospel Lighthouse CHS Church, 1640 SW 33rd St., Oklahoma City, OK 73119, at 11 a.m., on Saturday, December 18th, 2021. Any flowers can be sent to the aforementioned address.
