Lola "Jeanine" (Greer) Keeton

July 9, 1953 — February 1, 2020

Lola "Jeanine" (Greer) Keeton of Del City, Oklahoma, completed her life on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at the age of 66.

Jeanine was born to Billie Jo and Litherine Greer on July 9, 1953 in the town of Beaufort, South Carolina.  She moved to Nocona, Texas and then to Oklahoma City and attended Crooked Oak High School.

Jeanine married David Keeton on November 25, 1972.  They shared 46 years of marriage.  Jeanine loved OU football and was a #1 fan (after converting from being a Longhorn fan.  Ask David the story, it's a good one).  She also loved reading, fishing, baking, being outside and most of all she loved her grandkids.  They could do no wrong.

Jeanine is survived by her husband, David Keeton of the home; daughter, Keri Gilchrist and husband Jason of Wichita Falls, TX; son, David N Keeton of Oklahoma City, OK; two granddaughters, K'leigh and Georgia; one great-grandson, Carsen; sister, Lynda Neuenschwander and husband Virgil of Choctaw, OK; sister, Kerrie Cale and husband Tom of Wichita Falls, TX and a host of many other family and friends.

Jeanine is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Andrea Ptolemy.

A come and go Celebration of Life will be held from 1-3 PM on February 15, 2020 at the Midwest City Community Center, 200 N Midwest Blvd. Midwest City, OK 73110 in the Titan Room.
