Louella Louise Wallace was born to Robert Davis and Gladys Collins Davis June 18, 1942 in Yeager, OK. Louella was the oldest of the last six siblings. Her younger years were spent in California until the age of 12. Louella then moved back to Oklahoma and completed the remaining of her teenage years in Wewoka, OK. Louella was known for teaching and sharing etiquette to young Black Oklahomans through the Spencer Parade of Beauty. She married Eugene Wallace Jr. July 16, 1979. They shared a union of over 60 years in love. Later she started a career at Maxy’s wash and during the same time, received her certification as an HTS.
