Natividad "Be" Soriano Hartlein

December 25, 1949 — October 24, 2020

Natividad “Be”  Soriano Hartlein passed away on Saturday, 24 October 2020 in a hospital at the age of 70.

She was born on Christmas Day, 25 December 1949 in Alaminos City, Pangasinan, Philippines, to Amando Soriano and Marina Castro.

The sixth among siblings of seven, she showed at a very young age, responsibility, dedication to her studies, kindness to others and a knack for school beauty pageants, where she always wins at a tender age. A good daughter, always reliable and respectful to her parents.

A graduate of Medical Technology from University of Santo Tomas and a registered Medical Technologist, she practiced her profession in three different countries for more than five decades even until the age of 70.

She died a modern-day hero as she continued to render her services as Medical Technologist amidst the pandemic.

She was married first in the late 70’s to Miguel Datijan Jr. and out of that union, two beautiful children, Christopher and Miguel, were born. She is also a very loving, proud (and spoiler) grandmother to her pongpongs, Darren and Brysen.

A lover of the arts in the field of music and dance, she was always remembered as a great singer, prolific dancer, and a great entertainer as well.

She met the love of her life in Allan Hartlein in 2007 and married him in 2011. Their love blossomed for 13 years and their thoughts for each other remained everlasting.

She always helps family members, old friends, even strangers, most of the time secretly, during her lifetime. She was a very forgiving person even to those who took advantage of her kindness. She is a person who always remember the past kindness of people to her.

During her last days, she donated to hospitals as well as to the medical workers in her hometown in Alaminos City, Pangasinan to assist them during this pandemic.

A very loving wife and mother to her children who sacrificed a lot for their success and wellness. A natural-born warrior against any threat to her family.

She is survived by her husband Allan Hartlein, sons Christopher Datijjan, Miguel Datijan III, daughter-in law Amylaine Cabantog-Datijan, grandsons Darren Emrick Datijan and Brysen Datijan.

Natividad Soriano Hartlein was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings. She is finally home.
