Norman

Norma "Nina" Lee Prince, Devoted Mother, Wife, Grandmother, gardener and lover of life.

Norma Lee Prince, 85, transcended from Earth and arrived at heavens gates Monday, May 8th, 2023.

Norma was born March 6th, 1938, in Salisbury, Maryland to Richard and Edna Hudson. Norma loved her home state of Maryland, especially Ocean City where she and her late husband met and visited even after they moved away. She Graduated from Wicomoco High School and shortly after she met and married the love of her life, Richard Lee Prince. They moved around the country, started their family in Indiana and finally found their forever home in Moore, Oklahoma. Norma avidly enjoyed being outside in her flower gardens and was known for having a green thumb. She learned how to sew at a young age and loved arts and crafts. Norma & Richard loved to travel throughout their lives and spent almost all of their time together, in love. Norma had a successful real estate career in Oklahoma for over 30 years. Norma and Richard were heavily involved in their families' lives including their grandchildren - and were passionate about cheering them on any moment they could while they played sports. If her and Richard were not watching sports, they were enjoying their time together at church singing and praising God. Norma was the definition of what love means. She was kind, generous, caring and emitted a light that will never go dim. To know her, was to love her.

Norma was and will always be a mother to her 3 beautiful daughters, Penny Anderson, Michele Prince and her late daughter Pam Ledbetter. She was a devoted grandmother to Trevor Anderson, Chelsea Ricks and husband Colby Ricks, Hallie Ledbetter, Albany Anderson, Payton Prince and great grandmother to Colter Ricks.

Her siblings left to cherish her memories are Perry Hudson and Joan Lovett-Bare.

Those that met her at heavens gates include her husband of 59 years Richard Prince, daughter Pam Ledbetter, brothers Clyde Hudson, Wayne Hudson and Richard Hudson.

Services for Norma's life will be held at First United Methodist Church of Moore May 27th at 1pm. A reception will be held after for family and friends.
