Roy Henry Pierson

Roy Henry Pierson passed away in his home on May 15th, 2021 at the age of 73.

Roy was born on February 13th, 1948 to George Dudley Pierson and Georgie Teresa (Jarolim) Pierson in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Roy graduated from Northwest Classen High School in 1965. He then joined the United States Army in 1967 and raised to the rank of Sergeant before receiving an honorable discharge in 1970.

Roy is preceded in death by his wife Shirleen “Sheri Beth” Pierson, his parents George Dudley Pierson and Georgie Teresa (Jarolim) Pierson, brothers Jerry and Danny Pierson, nephews Kellie Metzen and Austin Pierson, and fur-babies Hoover and Ellie Pierson.

He is survived by his daughter Courtney Edwards, sons Juston (Angela) Pierson and Zachary (Amy) Pierson, brother Pat (Gisele) Pierson, sisters, Dixie (Wendell) Metzen, Martha Biard, and Rebecca (James C.) Hall, grandchildren, Josephine Pierson, Cymberly Rodriguez, Alexandria Garcia, Brent Garcia, Ian Edwards and Lacey Pierson, nieces, Shannon and Jennifer Pierson, Wendy Surber, Corey Thompson, and Arden Biard, nephews Adam and James M. Hall, and fur-babies Daisy and BB Pierson.
