Sam Winfield Baker, Jr., passed away in Sayre, Oklahoma on February 25th, 2021 at the age of 76.

Sam was born on August 14th, 1944 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Murlie Jane Blackwell and Sam Winfield Baker, Sr.

Sam is survived by his daughters, Annalissa and Sabrina Baker, Sherry Rice, and Emmal Lee Reily, son, Joe Don Baker, Sisters, Wanda Hasty, Hazel McDaniel, Marion Poundstone, Barbara Killman, Diane Wyatt, and Liz Edwards, and brothers, David, James, and Homer Castoe, Jr.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Murlie Jane Blackwell, father, Sam Winfield Baker Sr., sons, Timmy and Sam Baker III, and sisters, Lou Costillo and Betty Shufeldt.
