Sandra A. McCarthy was born in 1946 in New York to Robert and Barbara McCarthy. She attended OU and was a teacher at Horace Mann Elementary for her teaching career. Sandra was retired and enjoyed traveling, shopping, watching football; especially OU and Notre Dame.
