Sheila Marie (Wilkins) Abbott

Sheila Marie Abbott was born in Wichita, Kansas on November 23, 1950 to James F. Wilkins, Sr. and Elouise L. Wilkins.

She married Robert Lee Abbott in 1977 and had two children Shawn Lee Abbott and Teresia Rena Abbott.

Sheila had a strong faith in God and ornate drive to care for others. Throughout her life she was a natural care giver regardless of if you were family or not. For most of her career she looked after and took care of many people in high regard. Although she did not finish her degree, she studied to become a nurse to further her knowledge in the care of others.

Sheila is survived by her two children, Shawn Lee Abbott of Arlington, Texas & Teresia Rena Abbott of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, her siblings James "Skip" Wilkins, Jr. of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Daryl Wilkins of Kansas City, Missouri, Sherry Wilkins of Wichita, Kansas, Terry Wilkins of Wichita, Kansas, & Michael Wilkins of Kansas City, Missouri, two grandchildren Nathaneal Abbott & Tai Breedlove, and many other beloved family members.

She is preceded in death by her siblings Gloria Wilkins, Harold Wilkins, Lois L. Wilkins, Beverly Wilkins, and grandchild Antwon Tobais Abbott.

Shelia will be missed by all that knew her.
