Stanley Curtis Martin

December 6, 1948 — December 29, 2019

Stanley Curtis Martin passed away Sunday evening, December 29, 2019 from an apparent heart attack.

Stanley was born December 6, 1948 in Guthrie, Oklahoma and graduated from Deer Creek High School. He served in Vietnam in the United States Army.

Stanley had a heart of gold and was loved by all who knew him. His favorite place in the world was Jeffs Country Kitchen, where he could be found most any day up until he moved to the Ardmore Veterans Center in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Still, every chance he got, he’d go back for a visit to see those he loved so much. It was at this very restaurant he passed away doing the thing he loved most, with the people he loved most.

Stanley is survived by his mother, Rose Marie Martin, his sister, Katheryn Pack, and his brother, James Martin.

He will be missed by all who knew him.
