Midwest City

Tommy Ray Wright (T-Bone) was born July 17th, 1952 in Ada, Oklahoma to Frank Wright JR. and Doris Gean Wright. He is the oldest of two children. Tommy graduated from Byng High School in 1970. He went on to earn his CDL in trade school. He drove the school bus and worked for Power Equipment for many years before retiring. Tommy was a stickler for speech and education. He loved his family and friends. If you ever crossed paths with Tommy he would try to help you with a plate from the finest cook in town; his wife Angelia Wright.

Tommy was married to his high school sweetheart, Angelia Wright, on June 19th, 1971,in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. They were married for fifty-one years. Their union brought five loving daughters into this world.

His family will truly miss his chastising, morning hymns, and helpful heart. T-Bone had a way of making everyone laugh over the simplest of things.

On February 28th, 2023, Tommy departed this life and gained eternal rest. He is already missed, but will never be forgotten, by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Wright, Jr. and Doris Gean Wright.

Perhaps you sent a lovely card or sat quietly in a chair. Perhaps you sent a floral piece. If so, we saw it there. Say, perhaps you were not there at all, just thought of us that day. Whatever you did to console our heart, we thank you so much whatever the part. May God bless each of you.
