Tony Scot Swing

October 29, 1959 — June 3, 2022

Tony Scot Swing was born October 29, 1959 in Oklahoma City to Leon and Phyllis Swing.  He was the youngest of four children.

Tony loved to laugh and help people!  He was kind with a big heart and would give you the shirt off his back.  He enjoyed being a dad, papa, and great-grandpa.  He was a “jack of all trades and master of none!”  Tony loved music of all genres.  His favorite song was “You are My Sunshine.”

Tony is survived by his wife, Velmarie Swing of Moore, OK, whom he married on December 27, 1985.  Children:  Angela & (Joshua) Anderson of Beeville, TX; Damon & (Nikki) Pitts of Norfolk, VA; Amie & (McQuade “Mac”) Sprinkle of Oklahoma City, OK.  Grandchildren:  Jordan, Brittany, & Brooklin Sprinkle, Kyla Meek, Zachary & Mikayla Anderson, Emily & (Nick) Dye.  Roman & Donovin Pitts.  Great-grandchildren:  Maverick & Zeppelyn Sprinkle.  Siblings:  Dennis and Chaundra Swing.  Plus many more “assimilated” children &  grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Tony was preceded in death by parents Leon & Phyllis Swing as well as brother Barry Leon Swing.

Tony will be remembered for being a collector of things, master of homemade mac & cheese, and our Papa Bear. We will miss him immensely!

A come-and-go reception will follow and is open to everyone following the service at the home of Tony and Velmarie, 2717 SE 97th St., Moore, OK 73160.
